06/12/01 Our journey begins high above this earth, As you pass by the misty night air. Quickly you see a light has appeared, And soon you'll arrive to find him there. Through dark, thick clouds you must fly, To get closer to him and find out why. Alone in his room with the shades locked shut, Locked in a world he can call his own. But you can't understand why he's content, Just laying in bed, griping the phone. The light turns off and night begins, And still he's holding his feelings in. This person you see can imagine a friend, Someone that's around to hear his end. For speaking tounges aloud is all he can do, Until he can tell them, everything is true. Night after light is all that exists, And his feelings within will still persist. Until the day he can speak out loud, You will always pass through darkened clouds.
